Abstract

The proposed research examines the emerging trends of change in political proceedings and administration of the publics that are propelled by technologies, with the requirement to grasp the changing dynamics of digital changes. The aim is the analysis of the effect of emerging technologies on the process of political communication, making decisions, the efficiency of governance, and the activity of the field of the public sector. The research uses the statistical tools, including data analytics, prediction modeling and regression analysis to analyze data collected on digital governance sites, social media communication, and databases of governmental administration. Conclusions indicate that technology is improving transparency, citizen engagement, and policy responsiveness with evidence showing that it is also posing problems of privacy, misinformation, and inequalities among the digital generation. The paper concludes that technological innovations are becoming the key factors in updating the framework of political and public sectors and making them more inclusive and responsible. These lessons can provide useful insights to policy makers and administrators willing to adopt technology and at the same time reducing relevant risks in democratic governance and management of the people.
